Where applicable we will place tracking details into your invoice. Invoices can be viewed 24hrs after dispatch in the "My Account"section.
Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct ABN and any further taxation information applicaple.
Issues Regarding Delivery
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Metalcore Distribution must be notified of any issues concerning deliveries within 7 days of delivery being made.
